Registering for MyHNLaccess is easy. Just fill out the form below and you will have access to the portal. To get access to lab results, you need to be validated. This is to ensure your health information is only being viewed by you. Once you have completed the registration form below, you can get validated two ways. The first way is to complete the validation form within the portal. You can find this form once you are registered in the My Profile/Patient section. This form can be submitted no more then three times. If after the third attempt you still don't get validated, a customer care representative will contact you. If they are unable to validate you they will direct you to visit a Patient Service Center to update your personal information. You may also choose to visit a Patient Service Center instead of filling out the validation form online. Simply provide the Phlebotomist with the email you used at registration, and you will receive a validation email. Once you click the link in this email, your validation will be completed, and you can view your lab results as they become available.
